Economist: Texas, DFW Housing Market Headed for Another ‘Banner Year’

The Texas housing market had a “banner year” in 2019, and looks to be heading for another one. Nine years after the housing market’s downturn, housing sales in Texas have returned to their pre-recession peak. Read more here, courtesy of Dallas Business Journal.

Welcome to the 9th Annual Big Texas Beer Fest! 

The Big Texas Beer Fest is Dallas’ original beer festival. As far as we know, we’re the first craft beer festival in Texas! Big Texas Beer Fest takes place over a two day period on March 27-28. Last year’s festival featured 100+ breweries and 500+ beers. Frisco’s Fields Development is one of three ‘World-Class Projects’ in the Works From Dallas’ Hunt Realty

The 2,500-acre development will be home to the new PGA of America headquarters, which will include two golf courses and an Omni resort hotel. The Fields development is expected to have more than 10,000 houses and up to 18 million square feet of commercial space. RangeWater’s newest project, Greenville & Richmond, is just three miles from The Epic, a mixed-use development under construction in Deep Ellum, where Uber will bring 3,000 office workers in late 2022.
