We All Need a Little Space These Days

Mortgage rates are still at historic lows, and 233 S Windomere is an ideal home if you need a little extra elbow room at this time. Located on one of the most charming blocks in Winnetka Heights, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comes with a great guest house. The porch on the main house is genuinely stunning, and a perfect way to connect with your new neighbors or socialize at a distance.

Lately, many people have been juggling family commitments and working from home. The large rooms and flexible spaces are ideal. The guest house can be an office, classroom, apartment for family, or rental income. The natural light, crisp colors, beautiful hardwood floors, and original details also give the home a peaceful and cheery feel. Here is some additional information that we think you’ll appreciate:

    • Built in 1927
    • 1,886 Sq Ft
    • Original hardwood floors through most of the home
    • Open landscaped lot next door gives the home added natural light
    • Gorgeous fireplace in living room, with distinctive brick pattern
    • Spacious eat-in kitchen and a formal dining room with a recessed nook featuring built-in benches that double as storage
    • Sunny, oversized primary suite has a well planned, walk-in closet
    • Two hall closets for additional storage
    • Front bedroom has pocket doors, could function as second living space
    • Porte-cochere that covers the walk to the front porch
    • Two blocks from the new Jefferson-Connector park
    • Just minutes to Bishop Arts & downtown

Reach out if you’d like to schedule a showing.

Stay safe and healthy. You’re important to us. XOXO – Jenni & Em

No Master In My House

Words matter. We at the Jenni Stolarski Team changed our listings to reflect this change in naming. There are bigger problems to tackle, but this is an important improvement. #nomasterinmyhouse

Dallas Morning News article on Monday reported a switch from “master” bedroom to “primary” bedroom at the Houston Association of Realtors®. It had a reach of 42 million and was published in 28 outlets from Miami to Seattle. Read it Here.

WE ARE TAKING IMMEDIATE ACTION

Our team has made the commitment to ourselves, our neighborhood, our city, and the world; to keep listening, to keep thinking about ways we can support black leaders and black-owned businesses, and to continue promoting progress.

On June 8th, the Founder & CEO of Compass, Robert Reffkin, appeared on CNBC Squawk on the Street to announce immediate actions that the company is taking to support economic equality for the black community. We’re so proud to be a part of an organization that is holding its agents and external advisors to a higher standard. You know we are on board, and you can see it for yourself here.
